I don't think this will work on MPE as you need access to raw packets,
not just sockets, in order to manipulate the TTL field to get it to
work.

nettool.net.sys has a rather uninteresting feature that will tell you
the next hop for a given address, but won't trace the whole route.

Windows95/98 has a command-line 'tracert' you can use in a pinch.
