The ODBCLink/SE version that comes with Image/SQL should get you going.
Obviously, the various 3rd party vendors offer additional features but at a
cost. As always, you must weigh your needs versus your budget.
The ODBCLink/SE route is perfectly adequate to get you going and should
provide (in conjunction with Crystal Reports, MS Access, etc) a better
solution than Query if you like windows. Query is the other low cost
alternative and as has already been said is the solution of choice for many
people.
