If I have logon UDCs set at the system, account, and user level, in what order
are they executed?  I would *assume* first system, then account, and finally
user, but I was unable to confirm this from searching the CD-ROM...

LOGON UDCs are executed at the SYSTEM level, followed by ACCOUNT, followed
by USER.  The same UDC executed after logon is executed at USER, followed
by ACCOUNT and lastly followed by the SYSTEM level.
