Yes, all terminal emulators can access the 3000 over the internet as NS/VT
and Telnet are both accessible protocols, and both run over TCP/IP.
Yes, all terminal emulators will run on a clinet that has a Dial-Up Adapter
with VPN, through an NT Server that has PPTP enabled. I do it all the time
while on the road. Ensure that the client has Windows 95 (OEMSR2) or Win98,
both of which have VPN support.
