At a very minimum, *PLEASE* investigate INETDSEC.NET.SYS, or if you
haven't yet configured it, INSECSMP.NET.SYS. This file gives you
control over which IP addresses/networks can and cannot access your
system through inetd services (telnet being the big one, and on 6.0
ftp as well, plus any user add-ons that run under inetd).

Edit the file accordingly and save it as INETDSEC.NET.SYS, then add a
link /usr/adm/inetd.sec pointing to it, and /etc/inetd -c to have inetd
reconfigure itself.
