Did you try NSCONTROL KILLSESS=#Snnn which does work on both 5.0 and 5.5?

Hope this helps!

 Subject: Aborting a VT session

Geez ... I think that I'm the one who's suffering the "brain dead" syndrome
now. We had a situation this morning where a VT session got into a hard
loop
and grabbed nearly 100% of the CPU. I tried using :ABORTJOB without
success;
then used :ABORTIO to kill any I/O to the virtual device.

I know that this has been talked about in the past on HP3000-L, but a very
fast search of my archives didn't turn on the light! Short of using
:NSCONTROL ABORT to blow away all servers, is there anything that I can do
to
kill off one offending VT session? Is the command available in version 5.0
as
well as 5.5?

Thanks in advance!!
