Has anyone successfully used HP ESC today? I can "logon", but
all attempts at doing a search of the Knowledge Base fail for
Technical Knowledge Database Unavailable
Hewlett-Packard regrets this service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.
(Error 1013)
Similarly, looking up specific documents by ID gets the same error.
