We recently purchased a 918DX.  I did a little research to see
what the
system THOUGHT it was.  Here are the results from SHOWVARs:

HPCPUNAME = 918RX
HPOSVERSION = C.05.08
HPRELVERSION = C.55.03
HPVERSION = C.55.03


1.  I thought the CPU would be an LX, not an RX (a DX?).
2.  What is version C.05.08?
3.  At least the HPRELVERSION and the HPVERSION agree, but I am
not
    sure what that means.

As someone previously mentioned, it is time that HP got its
version
information in order.
