What?!?  HP has a huge presence in Bangalore, and there's a large
Development Consultancy called Blue Star Ltd there as well.  I can imagine
that there might not be an HP office in every city and town, but there has
to be a presence there to support Blue Star and others.

Try HP again... methinks someone at HP is mistaken (probably) or you're
being snowed (not likely, but who knows).
