Doesn't this sum up the problem very succinctly?

Stan (with much support from the troops) has been championing this issue
for longer than my aged memory can recall.
HP (in all it's flavours) has been incredulously asking what the problem is
for just as long.

Doesn't it seem logical to have a single place where a definitive answer
can be found (SHOWME / SHOWJOB might be nice).
