Hello Jacek,

Try using DICTDBU (instead of DBUNLOAD) and DICTDBL (instead of DBLOAD).
Seems to work far better.

Many thanks

        Hi
        I have problem with DBLOAD/DBUNLOAD program. I use MPE5.5
        and DBLOAD,DBUNLOAD,DICTDBM.
        I don't use System Dictionary becouse Dictionary/3000
        is more useful.
        My problem:
        I have data set:
        C-SYMBOL X(10) = 1284007891
        C-DATA X(8) = 98010192
        C-OPIS X(12) = POLEZNAKOWEX
        C-STATUS X(4) = XYZV
        C-CENA X(2) = OP
and I'd like change C-DATA item from X(8) to X(12).
        I do it by DICTDBM.
        Next I run:
        :DBUNLOAD
        :DBUTIL
         >>PUR BASE
        :DICTDBC (rootfile)
        :DBUTIL
         >>CRE BASE
        :DBLOAD
and after all I see inside my data set, that C-DATA is
        equal to X(12) but.........!!!???
I show below my data set after change:
        C-SYMBOL X(10) = 1284007891
        C-DATA X(12) = 98010192POLE
        C-OPIS X(12) = ZNAKOWEXXYZV
        C-STATUS X(4) = OP
        C-CENA X(2) =
        Why ???
