Gary,

Try something like "IT Platform Guru", although the "Overworked" title suggested
by David Rutherford is probably a more accurate title.  As far as salary goes,
I'd think that something in the six-figure and up range would likely be fair for
someone that has to endure that much work on a regular basis.  I know that's the
only way that you'd get somebody like me to take on that much responsibility and
not be looking for another opportunity!!
