It depends on the series machine that you are on.  The 918 can be
upgraded past 20 users.  Unfortunately, he 927 has a user limit that can
not be larger than 20 users.  We are here talking about this, when a
simple call to whoever sold that system would have solved everything.

        May be something dont appears on my eyes but I dont understand
why you   
        cannot upgrade your licence to 32 users ?.

        I do it recently, there is a cost but it rans  and I have only a
918LX.

        No solution, but I do have the very same problem.  Currently
using
        Security/3000 to bump off inactive users in order to spread the
20   
        sessions
        to as many people as possible.  As far as I know, the only thing
I can do   
        at
        this point if it becomes a real problem is buy a bigger box,
since the   
        927
        won't allow more than the 20.
