AppeerX from LeeTech Software has the ability to "print" a
spoolfile (or just a portion of it) to a local (PC) file as well as
preview it on the screen, email, export to Excel, or just normal
printing. You can setup the security such that you define which
spool files different users are allowed access to so the original
creator is then irrelevant.

If you'd like additional information, just drop me an email.
