IOCONFIG is a new feature added in MPE/iX 5.5. It allows you to add
printers, disks, and tape drives without re-booting the system. On MPE/iX
5.0 and earlier, you use SYSGEN to add the printer, and then re-boot (make
sure you do a START NORECOVERY) to get the new configuration to take effect.
