So many people are looking at the one problem that's the most visible.. here
are two more that are less visible, but just as important/urgent:

1.  The Euro Conversion --- multinationals, I hope, are taking this one
seriously... the ability to convert the Euro to Dollars, etc. and in Europe,
the ability to keep two sets of books - one in the local currency (if they
have yet to adopt the Euro) and the Euro.  Guess what - it goes into
circulation next year.

2.  The Dow Jones Industrial Average (NYSE indicator)... it's been hovering
in the 8000 to 9000 area, sometimes breaking 9000.  Guess what?  The systems
only have FOUR DIGITS for the DJIA!  Brokerages and the NYSE itself, are
scrambling to add one more digit so that their systems can support the DJIA
when it finally hits 10000!  (Can you just imagine - the DJIA is 9800 one
day, a bunch of good reports come out sending the market up 220, then then
BAM! - the DJIA is now 20 (instead of 10020)... this should be interesting.

Will wonders never cease <sheesh!>
