What kind of "migration" do you want? Like previous versions, NT5/2K will
install into a "dual boot" configuration, where you can select either the
new version or the previous OS. Alternatively, and unlike previous versions,
NT5/2K will install as an "upgrade" to Win9x, i.e. install into the same
directory tree, updating itself from the existing configuration info.
