My shop is currently running production on a 24x7 basis. We are ready
to begin Y2K testing and have put together out test scenarios, but we
can not drop our box for any length of time that would allow us to test
with the system date set forward.

I know there are software products out their that let you trick your
packages into thinking the date is set forward. I know this can help
test certain packages, but how can it help you test how all the products
inter-relate? I am brain storming here for ammunition on getting a
development box for Y2K testing and I am new to the HP world.

What ramifications do you all see if ALL Y2K testing were done with
software products such as Time Warp and the date of the box is NEVER set
forward?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Chris
