We have a winner. The new ftp directory is setup and we have a volunteer to
maintain it. I'll post an update with his info; the ftp site is ftp.3k.com
and the directory is PCL. It's there now, though nothing is in it (yet).
We'll have links from the web site (www.3k.com) pointing to this new area
shortly as well.
