This name meant nothing to me, but curiosity got the better of me when I saw
a posting with this title on another listserv. So I web-searched on his
name, and got over 14,000 hits. I read the article at
http://www.thestandard.net/articles/article_display/0,1449,1022,00.html. So
much for the idea that no one is in charge of the Internet... I had thought
it might be more appropriate for someone more aware of his role than I am to
be the poster, and perhaps some of you are in a position to comment.
