Hello, Giridhar.

Assuming you are running MPE 5.0 or later, a simpler solution might be to
use the NEWDIR, CHDIR and possibly PURGEDIR commands.  Information on
syntax and other discussion is available on them via the HELP command, e.g.
":HELP NEWDIR" or ":HELP NEWDIR ALL".
