1 MegaByte = 4,096 Sectors
1 GibaByte = 4,194,304 Sectors

This should be sufficient for all further calculations ;-)

Subject: HP3000 server configuration

Hi listers
What commands do I run to find out the configuration of my
HP3000 917 LX server. It runs MPE/iX 5.0. I would like to know
how much of ram I have, what is the harddisk capacity. When I run the
discfree command at the MPE prompt, it gives me the size in sectors.
How do I get the size in bytes?
regards
P.S.P.Raju.
