31995        MESSAGE    Hostname not found or the hosts file cannot be
                      opened. (DBERR 31995)

           CAUSE      The hostname cannot be found in the HOSTS.NET.SYS
                      file or the HOSTS.NET.SYS file does not exist.

It looks like that you need to add your computer IP and/or localhost entry.
