Jack,

The escape sequences aren't HP3000 sequences, per se. Rather, they're HP
terminal sequences. You can see a reasonably complete list on-line at:

     http://aics-research.com/qcterm/escape.html

along with their various explanations. Use your browser's FIND function to
seek out what you're looking for.
