And it is so easy to change in MS Outlook98. Check the box for ascii text
only in the address book entry for the HP3000-L, and you don't send the
"other stuff".

Lars,
I have sent this plea (or versions of it) to the list before, to no
avail.
For me, it has got to the stage where their hard work is just trashed,
because it is too much work moving it to another platform to read it,
only to find it's about 'I don't like xxxxx' where xxxxx is usually
either apple or MS, depending on the source of the mail.
So, if your message is worth sending, please make certain it goes out
in ASCII.
I am sure Lars and myself are not the only ones.
