Paul Gobes says,

I looked at this site and found the following line at the end:
> Robelle apologizes for any inconvenience this change has caused.
<vent>
What the heck does Robelle have to apologize for?!? It sounds like GSY
doing what CSY used to do - change things without regard to third parties.
CSY has become much more responsive to the third parties. Maybe GSY needs
to learn a lesson or two from GSY, eh?
I can understand the line, but it infuriates me that Robelle has to
apologize, when HP makes a change, and dosen't notify one it's longest-term
and most loyal third parties about the change!
</vent>
Best Regards,
Joe
