The IMAGE/SQL manual states that if I execute the SET SQLDBE <dbefile>,
IMAGESQL will create four files if the <dbefile> does not exist. This does
happen on-line: I am prompted:

DBE does not exist, do you want to create one? [Y/N]:

In batch, IMAGESQL aborts:

TUFTSDBE.DBE.COMN - Non Existent File (ATCERR 32204,FSERR 52).

Apparently, IMAGESQL is set up not to ask any questions in batch.

Short of creating the DBE files manually before streaming the job, is there
any way to convince IMAGESQL to create the files in a batch job?
