John

Best product for doing this was an HP windows terminal emulator called
Session. Did a wonderfull job, got just the active window, none of the
surrounding windows crap or slide bars, put a neat little box around it,
boxed in the the fields, and didn't take up much space. Shame it was
such a flaky product, but in its day it was years ahead of Reflection
for windows.

I still keep a copy on a PC, so that I can do the odd serial connection
and get VPLUS screens if iv'e got a lot to do. Ask around, see if
someone's got an old copy lying around.

Using Reflection, you can paste into a product like Corel, or Paintshop
Pro, crop the windows crap, and then convert to black/white greyscale
and then paste into your document. This saves a lot of space and can be
automated.

Now if QC Term could do a screen dump like Session could, I would be
looking at it very seriously for every day use.
