Thanks for all your help on the compression. I have downloaded LZW for MPE
and for DOS and it all seems to work fine.  One thing that is irritating is
that the MPE version does not allow the -binary option so the file must be
build as BINARY; this is a nuisance because I want to do CCTL as well.
Anyway its not insurmountable but we should be allowed to specify -binary
to force an 'as is' transfer irrespective of file type.

Anyone know where I can download a good NT version from?
