I was advised that there can be a problem when trying to subscribe to this
list using the original URL..

for those people who access the internet via the squid proxy server. I have
created an alternative URL where
you can subscribe to this list at...

http://www.ndirect.co.uk/~marknjan/euro3000.html

This does not seem to suffer from the problem since it uses html forms to
link to the listbot site.
