If you can obtain the PGP source, it can be ported to MPE fairly quickly.
That's not to say commercial use of it is legal, you'd need to talk to
the people at Network Associates directly about that. I know there have
been some discussions about this in the past on this list so you might
want to check the archives.

If you're looking for simple encryption just to stop incidental discovery,
you can also grow your own - it's not too hard.
