You ARE lookin for TTUTL.PUB.SYS.   A couple of reminders (since I
just went through this nightmare) :

You need to copy an existing ENV file to the new file you will be
using (since you mentioned a LJ you should copy TT18.PUB.SYS). You
will also need to make a copy of the VFC file - this is the file that
contains the PCL code. Copy VFCPCL.PUB.SYS into another file and edit
this new file when you get to the VFC screen in TTUTIL.
