This is possible, for example if you would use OCS/Express on the remote
site. it is possible to set dependencies in the jobscheduler called the
dispather. You would need a denpendency like 'if file ???.???.??? has
arrived by ftp then stream job ??!.??!.???!'.

The exact implementation I could give after consulting one of my
collegues, if you want.
