There is a rshsvc on the NT Resource Kit, which works, and is a security
risk; we use it and treat it as such. I recently read, but cannot
remember where, about another addition to this set of remote access
command line utilities for NT. Perhaps someone else is familiar with
this.

Going the other way, after we ftp send a file to the 3000, we QUOTE SITE
STREAM the job to process the sent file.
