After all the nice discussions about the ESC (Electronic Support Center), I
decided to try it out the other day. I figured it was a nice, simple
question that wouldn't take anyone a whole lot of time to figure out. I
looked up my call today (it was placed on August 19th) to find out that it
was closed on August 24th. And there wasn't one comment from an HP
engineer.
