I attempted to restore some data base files from tape. I made an error in
specifiying the fileset, so "NO MATCHING FILE FOUND". Fair enough. But what
is this "DATABASE INFORMATION:"? Furthermore, even though the message said
that 112 files of the /TAHP/DATA/HMODS fileset were restored, a check of
RSTDATE=TODAY in MPEX showed that no files qualified:
Here's the SYSLIST:
RESTORE *LBTAPE;/DEV2/DATAPB/HMODPB@;SHOW;OLDDATE;ACCOUNT=DEV2
TUE, AUG 18, 1998, 6:54 AM
/DEV2/DATAPB/HMODPB@ NOT RESTORED: NO MATCHING FILE FOUND
DATABASE INFORMATION:
TURBOIMAGE DATABASE: /TAHP/DATAPB/HMODPB
FILES RESTORED : 0
FILES FAILED TO RESTORE : 58
TURBOIMAGE DATABASE: /TAHP/DATA/HMODS
FILES RESTORED : 112
FILES FAILED TO RESTORE : 28
FILES RESTORED : 0
FILES NOT ON MEDIA : 1
Thanks,
