You have to order it with your "low-end" machine.  It is a no-charge
item (B1940A). It should be included in your FOS support.  You may be
able to get it ordered after your computer has been delivered. I've
never tried.

BTW, I agree that it is not as easy as Easytime/V but gets the job
done.
