Posters to HP3000-L:  This gateway has been turned back on - your messages
will again be reflected to Usenet.  Let's hope for the Usenet users sake,
it's as fast as last time :)

Posters to comp.sys.hp.mpe:  We are now accepting feeds every 15 minutes.
This will probably be changed to an hourly feed.  Incoming messages are
being received just fine.  We are now testing your posts being routed to
HP3000-L.  The link via American University is still in place for INCOMING
only from Usenet (just in case), and there may be a possibility that there
will be duplicate postings/rejected postings.  Once posts to HP3000-L from
Usenet are SEEN on HP3000-L, via the new gateway, then (and only then) will
the American University link be taken down.

We're almost there.  Thanks for everyone's assistance and patience.
