In addition to reset the DTC port (either through TERMDSM or the
OpenView DTC MGR, depending on whether host based or PC based DTCs),
it's also sometimes helpful to perform a RESET on the LDEV from
inside SYSDIAG TERMDSM. (Reset port and reset LDEV are different).
