Jon, I have used the HP First Service Parts FAX Service to get technical
documentation and parts information in the past. It also includes price and
stocking lists. The number is (800) 333-1917. It is a fax back system. Document
19996 is for multi-user computer products, document 19994 is for peripherals,
document 19997 is for mass storage. The last part of each parts list usually
lists the part numbers for manuals.
