I'm not a Java/iX user, but the docs on jazz say you need to:

        :XEQ LINKEDIT.PUB.SYS "ALTPROG SH.HPBIN.SYS;NMSTACK=40000000"

I'm relying on memory for the 40000000; consult http://jazz.external.hp.com
