Personally, I'd prefer a Win95 & upwards version.  However, I'll bet
that there will be some users who will want to run it on Win3.x for a
while yet, maybe because they can't afford to upgrade the PC, or they
don't want to go to Win95, or they like their old 486, or whatever.

My vote, if this is an option, is to have 2 versions available for a
while.
