While we're on the topic of annoying DBUTIL features, some recent patch
has evidently altered the PURGE entrypoint functionality.

After prompting for the database name to be purged, it now has a new prompt
asking "are you sure(Y/N)?".  This new prompt broke a CI command file of mine.
