A colleague of mine had the same problems ... it seems quite different than
the support by Adager or other 3rd Party vendors ... probably nobody in
Tivoli knows what MPE/iX is good for ... ;-) ... grin ... Leonard, I know,
will not help ... but you're not alone ... ;-)

Earlier today, I placed a call at Tivoli for the Maestro questions. Three
hours later, I am still waiting for a call back. More that three housrs.
Are my expectations of having heard from someone extra-terrestrial?
