Network busy message when using SAMBA on Win95 PC

I getting a network busy error message when trying to map a drive on a
Win95 PC. I have no problems mapping on a NT 4.0 PC. I have searched
both the HP3000 List archives and the SAMBA archives and can see where
several people have had the same problem, but I don't find an answer. I
have tried enabling WINS and/or DNS on the PC to no avail. Any help
would be appreciated.
