not as far as I know ... may be undocumented like LISTF,8 ...
LISTF,8 can help you, e.g. using the posix shell:
callci listf file,8|grep Acc
e.g.:
XEBHH2: /SYS/SCHMIDA [128] > callci listf sysudc36.xecmd,8|grep Acc
70 Accessors(O:70,P:70,L:0,W:0,R:70),Share
and then you may do s.th. like this:
z=`callci listf sysudc36.xecmd,8|grep Acc|cut -f1 -d\ `
echo $z
70
and so on ...
