That's something every shop should consider. What happens if
several key individuals in a shop (or all 5 in OUR department!)
hop in a minivan to go out to lunch, and get wiped out by a
tractor & trailor?

We leave a copy of our computer room door combination in a
sealed envelope in a safe in our cashier's office. Inside the
computer room there's a small "fire-proof" safe which contains
another sealed envelope with system(s) logonID's/passwords.
Of course these passwords and combinations are changed on a
regular (mostly) basis, which is getting rather time consuming.

And as Alan mentions, the list keeps growing!

Chris
