I'm not sure I have an easy answer to this -- I've only ever "worked" in
four cities -- Salem, OR (currently); Eugene, OR; Corvallis, OR;
Albuquerque, NM.   Of these, I liked ABQ the least, but only for the
environment (too dry and windy -- not nearly enough rain).

BSEPA and Zorgnak are dreams to which I can only aspire.     ;-)
