We did implement a new application earlier this year on our HP3000. That
app uses Oracle (on MPE) and it was our first contact with it. Since then,
we experience some teasing problems, seamingly specific to our release
(7.2.3) on MPE.
Many Oracle-experienced people suggest me to upgrade to 7.3, that that
release is by far the the most stable of the Oracle7 series, that its
success is a obstacle to Oracle8, blablabla. However, no one could tell me
if it is the some for the MPE releases.
I'd be glad to hear any experience (good or bad) about Oracel 7.3 on MPE.
It could help me planning. Thanks.
