Well it's Friday, and I have been playing with Image/SQL and ODBC all
day, with no success. I have created my DBE on the 3000, installed the
32 bit ODBCLink/SE on the PC (WinNT 4.0), I setup the data source. Now I
can access data on the 3000, from an MSAccess application, but when I
attempt to insert/add a record into a table I get the following error
message:

[ODBCLINK Host][Allbase]IMAGE/SQL error 154
TURBOIMAGE error -242; TURBOIMAGE intrinsic 420,& Auxiliary error
6554488
[DBERR 13552] (#-1)

OK, so I take a look at the HP Image/SQL manual (looking for DBERR
13552) and find that TurboImage intrinsic 420 is DBXBEGIN. So now I look
in the TURBOIMAGE manual, and I can't find any reference to -242. Can
anyone tell me what a -242 means, when calling DBXBEGIN?

According to the Image manual dated Aug 1997, -242 is an "Error in
TurboGTX file operation" on a Dynamic Rollback MDBX error. Notify HP
personnel. Personally I'd call Lew directly, but hey it's FRIDAY, you do
what you want.
